Returns & Exchanges
At the Trans-Siberian Orchestra Fan Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your official merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your fan club account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is fully processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 7-10 business days.
